Biography

In 2007, I decided to leave a career in the corporate world and become a REALTOR®. I've always enjoyed working with people, and real estate has been yet another opportunity for me to serve my community. As a homeowner myself, I know the importance of owning a home for building a comfortable nest and multigenerational wealth. Over the years, I've helped hundreds of satisfied sellers, buyers, and investors. To further add value to my services, I became a certified home stager in 2016. I provide all my seller clients with FREE staging that makes their home show 10/10, attract more showings, and get better offers. When not selling homes, I love spending time with my family, taking long walks, doing art work, and gardening

Qualifications

- Alberta Real Estate License: December 2006.

- Ongoing professional development courses in real estate, including buyer and seller’s representation, client profile and needs assessment, property investment and analysis, business productivity, and more.

- Certification in home staging (HSR Certified), January 2016. I provide custom staging to all my seller clients, including original artwork and designs.

- Master’s Degree in Sociology. June, 1998. University of Alberta.

Residential Real Estate
As a mother of two and a homeowner myself, I understand the importance of building a comfortable nest for one’s family. Over the years, I’ve helped many individuals and families in Greater Edmonton transition from paying a landlord to becoming homeowners and building equity. I’ve also helped many clients sell their property to downsize or upgrade to a bigger home.

Investment Properties
I work extensively with investors looking to buy or sell a rental, a ‘flip’, or a ‘buy and hold’ property. By providing diligent return on investment analysis and guidance, I’ve helped many investors make profit through maximizing the rental potential of their property, leveraging equity toward additional investments, and flipping homes.

Home Staging
Home staging is the number one marketing strategy to sell a home. It helps sell the home faster and for a better price. In my quest to continuously provide value-added services, I offer all my seller clients FREE home staging services. For seller-occupied homes, I work with the sellers to transform their home into showhome conditions. For new and renovated vacant homes, I provide sellers with a two-month staging package, customized to the character and finishes of their home. My listings always show 10/10 and stand out from the competition.
